Conveyor Belt Fabricator

Responsibilities
- Install and replace conveyor belts, rollers, pulleys, and related components.
- Perform belt splicing, tracking, tensioning, and alignment.
- Inspect conveyor systems and identify worn or damaged components.
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Read basic mechanical drawings and installation specifications.
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
- Work at heights and in industrial environments when required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Work effectively with supervisors, mechanics, electricians, and other crew members.
Qualifications
- Previous conveyor belt installation or industrial mechanical experience preferred.
- Experience with belt splicing and conveyor maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and travel.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to work as part of a team.
Compensation:
- Starting wage negotiable based on experience. Experienced Belting Fabricator will be considered for additional compensation.
- Performance based wage increases.
- Benefits include: medical, 401k, profit sharing, paid vacation/holidays and bonus programs.
Compensation: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
